blah blah blah

i went shopping on wednesday and ended up spending more than i should have. goodbye new york trip, hello miss sixty and fornarina jeans, cute dress and ridiculous g-unit short shorts. met up with matt and frank for lunch and headed home soon after that. we drove back a few hours later with the intention of going to go-go lounge, but the lineup was long and we're impatient. we ended up following alexis to primadonna. i had never been there. it's a pretty classy place and none of us fit in. it did have its moments though, notably the free vodka and clever remarks about the old fat guy sitting at a table with four beautiful girls all fighting for his attention. we left when the house music got to us. wandered around and finally ended up at pistol.

the next morning matt, sara and i went for brunch because we weren't able to drag ourselves out of bed early enough for breakfast. i had fruit, french toast, plain toast, two eggs, potatoes, sausage and a cinnamon bun for under 10 bucks. brunch rules! we even had a little fun with it and acted out scenes from sex and the city. i was samantha.

since we were stuck in the car for most of the afternoon we decided to call every radio station in the city and request thriller by michael jackson. the only station that actually played it right away was the kanahwake one. we giggled and bought ice cream in celebration.

at night we stopped by milano's and saw gerald and sebastian. went to matt's game afterwards. it was actually pretty fun, they won. from there we went downtown again, this time to go to the loft because old high school friends were going. alexis was supposed to meet us there but we decided to surprise him at sofia's because we were close by. he said he couldn't make it because they were closing at 4. that sucked, but we'll go see him sometime next week 'cause he's leaving to africa for 3 months. i promised him i'd bring him a housewarming present, too. as we were walking back to the loft it started fucking pooring out and we had to wait in the rain. when we finally got in i realized we were at the frenchest place in the city. i ran into this guy julien. he sat in back of me for three years. we went to smoke a joint with him and his friends but i didn't actually smoke, i was just talking. i like knowing what people are up to after years of not seeing each other. turns out he's a tattoo artist now. when we went back in we mainly stayed with charlene and stephanie, who were on my hockey team for a few years. haha i'm feeling so nostalgic right now. anyway the loft was fun, i definitely wouldn't go there very often but it's better than foufs on a thursday. people are nice, no one stares you down or gives you the 'are you on myspace?' look. on the way home we decided to meet up with rob, kevin, the vinces, the younger version of myself and justin. climbed onto the st-leonard arena roof for some reason. lame idea! we talked for a bit, pat showed up (completely wasted) and we got home at around 4.

didn't do much of anything today. went to the market with sara, surprised lily and natacha and ate pineapple. spending the night with my lover. that's about it.
